Returns Policy

Our Returns Policy We hope that your order will reach you in a satisfatory condition however should it not for any reason we offer a full refund or exchange policy.

No Postal charges are refunded on any orders, unless due to our mistake.

We do not accept responsibility for any goods lost in transit, customers are advised to sign for all deliveries and if returning any goods to obtain a proof of posting slip from the Post Office or Couriers.

We advise that all returns are sent via a signature on receipt service, so that you know when they have arrived. We accept no responsibility for any goods that are damaged or lost in the post, whilst being returned to us.
