Maple Syrup
Maple syrup is a Better Sweetener! No additives, or preservatives. No fat, or cholesterol. More sweetening power than honey or corn syrup.

Maple Fritters

3 eggs
½ teasp salt
2 cups milk plus 1-tablespoon sweet cream
2 teas baking powder
4 cups flour

Mix the baking powder thoroughly with the flour, add the flour mixture to the milk and cream. Add the salt and well-beaten eggs. Drop by the tablespoons into 375 fat. Fry turning once. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot with warm maple syrup.
